The area of the Glacier 3 showing is underlain by rock of the Upper Triassic Stuhini Group. A grab sample of volcaniclastic rock with 30 per cent pyrite assayed 0.75 gram per tonne gold and 13.5 grams per tonne silver (Rock Sampling Data Sheet, Assessment Report 19783). The zone is reported to be small, having limited width and strike.
